First, connect computer to the screen. If you haven’t done so yet, follow these instructions.
The owl is found with other equipment in a clear box under the computer at the front of the room.

Make sure both cables are connected on the base of the owl.

There is a power box in the middle of the room. Plug the power adapter attached to the owl in. The owl will make an owl hoot if it’s powered on.

Place the owl on a small table in the middle of the room.

There is a cable on the back of the TV with a red cable tie. Take this cable off and unwind it.

Thread it under the TV stand and run it to the Owl in the middle of the room.

There may be a UGreen extender connected to the owl. Unplug it.

Connect to the USB cable connected to the owl, to black cable running under the TV.

Tape down the cable using the velcro cable strip that can be found in the eqipment box.

Turn on the computer and connect it to the screen. If you’re unsure how, follow the instructions here. Select Meetings to login to the computer.

If you have already created a teams meeting, invite meetings@youthcoalition.net to the meeting. Make meetings@youthcoalition.net a co-host or start the meeting on your own device. Otherwise the meeting won’t start. Select Meeting Owl under camera as well as microphone.

A blue screen will appear when the owl has been selected. If it’s stuck loading, it’s trying to detect where it is in the room. If you move around the room and make some noise it will detect you and the video will come on. Sometimes it takes a bit of time so leave it loading.
