The Parent Empowerment and Efficacy Measure (PEEM) aims to examine the sense of control or capacity to engage confidently with the challenges of being a parent. It was designed to fit into family support settings and sensitive to changes when used as program evaluation tool. It examines a general dimension of empowerment, but also addresses confidence to be a good parent an capacity to connect with informal and formal networks. 

The Personal Wellbeing Index has been developed to measure the subjective dimension of quality of life – Subjective Well-being. It contains seven items of satisfaction, each corresponding to a quality of life domain: standard of living; health; achieving in life; relationships; safety; community-connectedness, and future security. Each of these domains are also theoretically captured in the global question “How satisfied are you with your life as a whole?”
