Join the Youth Coalition of the ACT 

We’re excited that you’re interested in becoming a member of the Youth Coalition of the ACT!

Membership is open to both organisations and individuals who support our mission to strengthen the youth sector in the ACT. Becoming a member means you’ll be part of a vibrant network working to improve outcomes for young people.

How to Join 

1. Choose your membership type – Organisation or Individual.
2. Complete the online application form.
3. Your application will be reviewed at the next Board meeting.
4. Once approved, we’ll send you an invoice for the membership fee.
5. Upon payment, your membership will be activated.

Membership Fees 

• Organisations: $220 per year (flat rate for FY25/26).
  If this fee is a barrier, please contact us (office@youthcoalition.net) – we’re happy to discuss options.
• Individuals: $30 per year.
  Free membership is available for individuals aged 30 or under as of 30 June 2026.

• We also offer reciprocal memberships for ACT peak organisations and national youth peak bodies.

Why Join? 

• Stay informed with sector updates and events.

• Participate in our Annual General Meeting and vote on key decisions.

• Be eligible to nominate for our Board (individual members or key contacts only, additional criteria applies).

• Support advocacy and policy work that benefits young people across the ACT.

Please note that we no longer have organisational representation on our governance board, if you would like to nominate for a board position, you will need to apply for individual membership.
