We have $5.00 Telstra Phonecards for services to distribute to young people. Under the Program, participating services or agencies have the discretion to issue Telstra Phonecards according to the eligibility guidelines listed below. Telstra respects the independence of the agency's assessment. The decision by the agency to issue or not issue a Phonecard shall be final.
The service must assess the person as being a person, residing in Australia, who depends/relies on public payphones from time to time for their communications. It is expected in most cases that the person receiving the Phonecard will either:
