There are a number of documents and activities that seek to support the transition to, and implementation of the Child, Youth and Family Services Program.
Youth and Family Connect has worked closely with service providers to develop an interim Common Assessment Framework (CAF), to be used in making referrals.

The ACT Government released Transition Guidelines on 16 December 2011, which provide information on services that would be available during the transition period from December 2011 to March 2012. The summary of preferred providers provides information on which services will receive funding from 1 March 2012 through the new Framework.
