General Youth

In addition to a range of advocacy and representation work relating to specific issue areas, such as mental health, alcohol and other drugs, and housing and homelessness; the Youth Coalition undertakes general advocacy and representation work to progress the interests of all young people aged 12 - 25 years in the ACT. This work may include providing an ACT perspective on national forums; and ensuring a youth perspective is provided at general ACT opportunities. Advocacy and representation on young people aged 12 - 25 in the ACT is based on the policy principles and commitments outlined in the Youth Coalition Policy Platform.
